Seats cannot change hands until the last one is issued. It is an unusual rule and a deliberate one: nobody trades the founding class while the founding class is still being admitted.

Record of Provenance
Every image in the collection is hashed, in order, and those hashes are hashed together into one root. The root is posted before the doors open, which is what makes the assignment of art to serial a matter of record rather than a matter of trust.

The register is not sealed until the art is final. The root is posted here, and posted publicly, before the first seat is sold.

The plumbing of the second phase, engraved before any of it is laid. Every stream on this plate is drawn now so that when it runs, nobody has to take our word for where it went.

Chartered in the CashCat economy
The Reserve does not build its own rails. It rides CashCat’s: a Uniswap v4 launchpad where liquidity is locked at birth and can never be withdrawn. Of every trade on those rails, a flat 0.3% goes to the platform, and a quarter of that is spent buying CASHCAT and sending it to the dead address, where it stops being money.

CashCat citizens were given Priority Admission because the two houses share a customer. CashCat holders are prioritized in everything the Reserve does. Every economy the Reserve charters is another economy trading on those rails, which is to say another economy retiring CASHCAT, forever, without anyone having to be asked.
